Conference accommodation rates are fully inclusive of all applicable federal and state taxes, so the price you see is the price you pay, with no additional charges added.
Terms & Conditions
- A deposit of one night only or full amount is required to secure your booking (subject to hotel).
- Bookings are subject to availability.
- Breakfast is not included unless otherwise stated.
- The rates listed are shown per night per room.
- The rates are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of the 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). There are no other additional charges or taxes (eg state, federal or bed tax) to the hotel booking other than a credit card surcharge if paying by credit card.
- Loyalty program points are at the discretion of the hotel.
Cancellation Policy
- NO ACCOMMODATION PAYMENTS WILL BE REFUNDED ON OR AFTER 16 JANUARY 2026. Delegates who confirm an accommodation booking with a credit card or full pre-payment and who wish to cancel on or after 7 January 2026 are liable for the full cost of their accommodation nights cancelled. Credit Card details or full pre-payments will be held on file as a guarantee of booking and shared with the hotel upon situations of no-shows, or late cancellations, to charge at full rate upon their discretion. To cancel your reservation, please contact the Meeting Secretariat. Name changes to a reservation can be made at no charge.
